In addition to any service facilities provided by the local level, the local level may send a written notice to the relevant agency to stop the sale of real estate in his name and to stop the sale of real estate in the name of the person who does not pay or fails to pay the service fee specified in this Act. But before sending the letter in this way, the concerned person should be informed in writing in this regard.
(2) It shall be the duty of the concerned body to stop such service facility if written in accordance with sub-section (1).
